Where are you based?

We are based in the United States.

What is your return / refund / exchange policy?

Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted. Lost packages are not our responsibility. Please contact your local post office at your discretion.

You are responsible for selecting the correct options for your item(s). Please review the options selected before ordering.

All sales are final.

Does my order come with tracking?

  • U.S. orders are shipped with tracking.
  • International orders are shipped without tracking.

When will my order arrive?

  • U.S. Orders: Up to 1 week.
  • International Orders: 4 to 8 weeks.

Delivery times vary per country and does not include insurance in the event of damage or loss. Please note that you may also be subjected to VAT/customs fees. 

I input the wrong address. What can I do?

If we have not shipped your order(s), please contact us ASAP. Otherwise, we are not able to change it and will not be held responsible.

Will a past product be restocked in the future?

All products are produced in limited quantities. Most of our products are retired once they sell out. Please be sure to check our Instagram for hidden surprises!
